General Feats

Armor Proficiency: Light (Misc) (Free)
When you first take this feat you gain access to light armor.

Blooded (Stat Bonus) (Level 1)
Add +2 HP to your total HP each time you level-up.

Lightning Reflexes (Skill Bonus) (Level 1)
You get a +2 bonus on all Reflex saving throws plus an additional +1 per 5 character levels.

Stealthy (Skill Bonus) (Level 1)
You get a +2 bonus on all Escape Artist and Move Silently skill checks. If you have 10 or more ranks in one of these skills, the bonus increases to +4 for that skill.

Weapon Proficiency: Light Melee Weapons(Misc) (Free)
You are now proficient with this weapon category of your choice. This type must be listed in your class's description. You no longer suffer any penalties when using these weapon types.

Class Feats

Apply Poison (Misc) (Level 1)
When the rogue applies poison to their weapon, the poison now lasts an extra 1d4 successful attacks. If they have more than one knife, each can have a different poison applied to it separately. Additionally, poison application DCs are reduced by 2.

Fancy Footwork (Stance) (Level 1)
While this stance is active the rogue’s land movement speed increases by +5 and another +5 every 10 character levels. In exchange they suffer a -2 to attack rolls.

Sneak Attack (Damage) (Free)
If a rogue can catch an opponent when he is unable to defend himself effectively from her attack, she can strike a vital spot for extra damage.

The rogue’s attack deals extra damage any time her target would be denied a Dexterity bonus to AC (whether the target actually has a Dexterity bonus or not), or when the rogue flanks her target. This extra damage is 1d6 at 1st level, and it increases by 1d6 every two rogue levels thereafter. Should the rogue score a critical hit with a sneak attack, this extra damage is not multiplied.

Ranged attacks can count as sneak attacks only if the target is within 30 feet.

A rogue can sneak attack only living creatures with discernible anatomies—undead, constructs, oozes, plants, and incorporeal creatures lack vital areas to attack. Any creature that is immune to critical hits is not vulnerable to sneak attacks. The rogue must be able to see the target well enough to pick out a vital spot and must be able to reach such a spot. A rogue cannot sneak attack while striking a creature with concealment or striking the limbs of a creature whose vitals are beyond reach.

Career Feats

Log Pose (Misc)
In the Grand Line, the only form of direction you can possibly follow is your log pose. You have a full understanding of how log poses work and as long as you hold it; your ship cannot fall off course. The exception of this is if you ship gets caught in a rogue current or otherwise taken out of your control. For more information on log poses, check the Log Pose page in the item  section of this document.

Map Reading (Skill Bonus)
You can now read and understand navigational maps. When following a map’s guidance you gain an additional +2 navigation bonus on top of whatever bonus the map’s directions may provide you. Your current position must be on the map somewhere, which you can determine by spotting a landmark on the map.

Devil Fruit Feats

Game Game no Mi (Misc) (Free)
The user has consumed the Game Game no Mi and has been given various abilities. He is able to treat situations as games and apply rules to them that everyone has to follow. As a default he is able to apply at most 2 minor and one medium rule to any situation. To apply the rules he must say them out loud and anyone who takes part in the situation he is applying them and has heard them must follow them. Applying a rule is a standard action and all rules are active until either the “Game” has been completed or all the participants agree to stop “playing” it.
Standard Devil Fruit weaknesses apply.

Quick Rule (Misc)
You can activate a rule as a free action on your turn, but you lose your standard action of your next turn.

Shut Down (Misc)
You can forcefully deactivate an active rule as a free action but cannot activate another for some time. (1d4 rounds).
